Finding Your Order ID

What is an order ID number?
An Order ID is a unique number associated with every order placed through our secure checkout. This is the number you'll use to reference a specific purchase, should you need assistance after placing the order.

Where to find it?
You can find the Order ID number in the transaction emails you'll receive after placing an order.
The order ID is included in the title of the email and also in the upper right corner of the email body. As shown in the figure below, the order ID is: BL202901

You can also find the Order ID number in the shipment notification emails which was sent to you after your package is shipped out.

Can't find your order ID?
1. Find your Junk Email. Sometimes, our notification emails which were sent from service@brimlily.com will be transferred to the spam mailbox due to the wrong judgment of the system.
2. Search all mail folders. Search service@brimlily.com can also find quickly.
3. Contact our customer service support. Send the email or phone number you left when placed an order, and we will find your order.
